Save Time by Cloning Your Past Event

If you’re organizing a new event that’s similar to a previous one, the Clone feature can save significant setup time. Cloning creates a duplicate of an existing event, allowing you to reuse your structure instead of building everything from scratch.

This is especially helpful if you’re repeating:

  • Booth types and pricing tiers
  • Application questions
  • Add-ons
  • Event descriptions
  • Vendor settings

Steps to Clone an Event

  1. Go to Your Event Dashboard: **From your dashboard, locate the event you would like to duplicate.
  2. Click the Three-Dot Menu: **On the event card, click the **three-dot (⋯) icon to open the options menu.
  3. Select “Clone”: **Click **Clone from the dropdown menu.
  4. Name Your New Event:A pop-up window will appear. Enter the name of your new event and confirm.

What Happens Next

The cloned event will automatically be saved as a Draft.

You can now open the draft to:

  • Update dates and times
  • Adjust pricing (if needed)
  • Edit descriptions or images
  • Review application questions

Once everything is finalized, you can Publish the event.

Important Reminder

Cloning copies the structure and settings of the original event, so always review the details carefully before publishing to ensure all dates, pricing, and event information are accurate.

This feature is designed to streamline repeat events while giving you full control over final edits.
