How Do I Review My Virtual Booth and Test My Video Chat?

Use the following instructions to review the key components of your virtual booth. You can test your video chat any time after you've been approved for the event.

Log into BoothCentral.com, go to your event, and click the Review Your Booth button at the top of the page to enter the event.
| If you don't know the link for your event, log in to BoothCentral and click My Events at the top of the page. Then, click View Event for the appropriate event.
At the top of the page you may see an event video and a live chat. If your event has a live stream it will be enabled during the event hours.

Live Event Page || If you see anything as you review your booth that you would like to change, you are able to edit your booth by following these instructions.

Scroll down past the Event Video to view the virtual booths and locate yours. Review your booth description and cover image to ensure they display well.
Click the Enter Booth button to enter your virtual booth.

Navigate to My Events and click the Edit Booth link for the appropriate event.

Unblock Camera/Mic Access on a Desktop or Laptop Computer

When you click on your camera or mic button in the video chat window, do you see the unblock message below? If so, this means that your camera/mic is blocked by (1) your browser or (2) operating system.

Chrome

To unblock your camera/mic:

Click the camera icon in your browser's address bar located on the top right (refer to the image below for reference)

Make sure that Always allow Boothcentral.com is selected
Click Done
Refresh the page. If rejoining doesn't work, fully quit the browser and rejoin.

Also try the following:

Click the triple dot Settings icon, upper right of your Chrome window
Click Site Settings > Camera (and then Mic)
Under both Camera and Mic, make sure that boothcentral.com is not on the BLOCK list
** Save** changes and rejoin the call

Firefox

In a chat, look at the address bar. Click the camera/mic icon there
Click the x to turn off blocking
Exit and rejoin the call. Click Allow when asked

Log in to my.BoothCentral.com with your Booth Host credentials.

|| NOTE: You may already be logged in! Leave any virtual booth that you may be in, and look at the top-right of the BoothCentral page, if you see your name, you are already logged in. If you don't see your name, click Login.

Login Page

Navigate to My Events and click View Event for the appropriate event.

'View Event' button

This will bring you to the Event Info page. Click the red Enter Now button at the top of the page to enter the event.

Scroll down the page, locate your virtual booth, and click the Enter Booth button.

'Enter Booth' button

If you are in your virtual booth, attendees will see that you are available.

Most Booth Hosts will want to open their video chat by clicking the Start Video Chat butto
