How Can I View Reports in BoothCentral?


BoothCentral provides you with the reporting need for your events.


To access the reports, you need to do the following these steps:


  1. Log in to your Event Organizer account.
  2. From your Event Dashboard, click on the event you want to view reports for.


To view reports related to past events, ensure that you have clicked into Events ( located on the top of the dashboard), select Past Events from the drop down menu.

  1. Click Reports in the left navigation bar.

  1. Choose the report you’d like to download (e.g., Vendor Contact Info, Vendor Spaces & Add-ons, Vendor Application Answers, etc.).


Report Types


Pro Tip: Within the Vendor Application Answers Report, you can use the Column Visibility button to view and hide the responses to your application questions. This can be very useful when compiling information about your booth hosts!


  1. Review data within BoothCentral.


  • Data can be sorted using the arrows in the column heading.
  • Configure the columns and add or remove the ones you need.
  • Export data to CSV, Excel or send the file to your printer
