How do I move a vendor to a new booth location?

To move a vendor to a new booth location, you must first have set up your vendor application correctly. Click here for more information.

If the booth you'd like to move a vendor into is available, follow these steps:
From your Promoter Dashboard, click the "Manage Applications" button on your event.

Click on the "Pending Approval" or "Approved" tab, and select "Review" for the vendor you'd like to move.


Scroll down to the "Spaces & Add-Ons" section and click the orange "Change Spaces & Add-Ons" button.


In the "Assigned" column, change the quantity of the vendor's current space to 0.
In the "Assigned" column, change the quantity of the vendor's new space to 1.
Click the Save button.


If the booth you'd like to move a vendor into is not available (it is currently assigned to a vendor), follow these similar steps:

Step 1: Move the vendor who is currently in the booth space you need
From your Promoter Dashboard, click the "Manage Applications" button on your event.
Click on the "Pending Approval" or "Approved" tab, and select "Review" for the vendor in the location you need to free up.
Scroll down to the "Spaces & Add-Ons" section and click the orange "Change Spaces & Add-Ons" button.
In the "Assigned" column, change the quantity of the vendor's current booth to 0.
In the "Assigned" column, change the quantity of an open space to 1.
Click the Save button.

Step 2: Assign the space you freed up to the new vendor
Select "Review" for the vendor you need to move.
Scroll down to the "Spaces & Add-Ons" section.
Click on the orange "Change Spaces & Add-Ons" button.
Change the quantity of the vendor's current space to 0.
Change the quantity of recently opened booth to 1.
Click the Save button.
