Booth Offerings Set Up Tips for Your Event

When setting up booth offerings for your event on BoothCentral, you have two main options: set up booths individually or group your spaces by types. Choosing the right method helps you stay organized and gives vendors the smoothest experience when applying.



1. Set Up Booth Spaces Individually


If your event has a variety of booth types or a unique floor plan, setting up each booth space individually gives you maximum control and flexibility.

Tips: Label booths clearly (e.g., Booth 101, Booth 102, Booth 103). Provide a floor layout that allows vendors to easily locate their booths. Use consistent naming to make selection easier.



2. Group Your Spaces


If your booths are similar (same price and general placement), grouping them is a simpler and more efficient option.

Tips: Name groups by type or location (e.g., 10' x 10' inline – 10' x 10' Inline Booth, 10' x 10' Corner Booth – 10' x 10' Corner Booth). Clearly explain in your event details that booth assignments will be given later.



Note: If you plan to use the Space Notes feature for other purposes (e.g., internal reminders), you do not need to share them with vendors. The following steps are optional and only intended if you want to use Space Notes for booth assignments.



Grouping Booth Spaces & Sharing Assignments with Vendors


When you group booth spaces, BoothCentral lets you assign spaces and share booth details with vendors in just a few steps.


Here’s how to use this feature step by step:


  1. Assign a Booth Space: From the vendor’s Application Questions section, go to Change Spaces & Add-ons.

  1. Add Notes: In the Notes section, enter the vendor’s booth assignment.

  1. Review Spaces: From your event dashboard, open Spaces.

  1. Check Assigned Spaces: Click Assigned Spaces to review your Notes and confirm booth assignments.

  1. Share with Vendors: When your space assignments are finalized, switch on the toggle for Show space notes to approved vendors. Vendors will then see their assignments in their registrations.

  1. Click Submit to save changes.


Send Notification to Vendors

Tip: If you’d like to notify vendors with the notes you added, check Send Notification to Vendors before submitting.

Once submitted, vendors will see their Assigned Space(s) directly in their event registration.
