Adding a Service Fee



When creating your event, you have the option to add a non-refundable service fee to the application . To do so, you simply need to check the Service Fee box and add the fixed amount or percentage you would like to charge. This is found in the Edit Event > Booth Application > Vendor Payments section when you are creating or editing your event.

Service Fee

The difference between the Application Fee to the Service Fee, the Application Fee is going to be charged automatically in the first payment. The Service Fee will be charged once the vendor is approved for the event. This payment applies to credit cards, check, cash, and others.

After you publish your event, the Booth Host will see the Application Fee when they are completing their application. See below for an example of what the Booth Host will see when they apply.



If you deny the application, or cancel the booth, the applicant will be refunded the amount they paid, but the service fee will not be returned to them. (You aren't required to give a full refund.)
