How Do I Find My Event Organizer's Contact Information?

Your Event Organizer's contact information can be found on the Event Information page for your event.

|| You will need to contact your Event Organizer directly for any of the following types of questions: Policy questions, Application status questions, Cancelation/refund questions, and any other questions that are specific to your event.

Log into your BoothCentral account and click Event Info.

The Event Organizer's contact information is located in the right sidebar (scroll down if you are on a phone).

Once logged in, click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and select View Profile. You can change your password there. After changing, click the Update button on the bottom of the page.

Creating Your First BoothCentral Event

Create an Event Organizer Account

If you haven't done so, create an Event Organizer account on BoothCentral at https://my.boothcentral.com/v/create-account/promoter. Before you can create an event, a pop-up box will appear mentioning that we need to verify you are a legitimate event organizer. This is to prevent scammers from conducting fraudulent activities. To be approved, simply speak with us via text chat by clicking on the Message Us button and answer a few questions or send us a email to support@boothcentral.com

Create Your Event

Once your Event Organizer account is created, log in and click the Create an Event button. There are many sections which you can move between using the left navigation bar (after you've named your event). Your changes will automatically be saved.

1. Event Listing

In this section you will fill out general information about your event. This is going to be helpful for your event so new and old vendors can find your event using keywords and information you use. Also this is going to help to have a better idea of your contact information, event's location, general description, dates, and more. There are three sub-sections:

I Forgot My Password!

Accepted Answer

If you've forgotten your password, navigate to the login page and click Forgot your password? under the Login button. It will ask you to submit your email address, after which an email will be sent to that address with a one-time login link.

After you use the one-time link, you will need to reset your password by following these instructions.

Event Organizers: Image Size and Resolution Guide

All Event Organizers will need to submit one banner image (.jpg or .png) for the their event listing.

Upload in the following section: Event Listing > Basic Information > Cover Image

The image should be:

Width: 696px (Safe Zone: 400px)
Height: 392px (Safe Zone: 400px)

| Safe Zone. We recommend you keep important content (event name, date, time, etc.) within a Safe Zone so that the event details display on all resolutions and window sizes. Below is a sample image of an Event Banner with the important content kept within the middle 400 pixels.

If you don't have a photo editing tool on your device, you can use www.canva.com. Here are instructions:

Create a free account.
Click Create a Design, then, select Custom Size.
Enter the appropriate Width and Height. (Make sure px is selected)

Your canvas will now appear. You can upload your image and place it on this canvas. As long as your image fits in this area, it will be the correct dimensions for your BoothCentral image.

When you are satisfied with how your image looks, you can download it from Canva and upload it to BoothCentral.

How to Apply to an Event

Applying for an event in BoothCentral is easy. Follow these steps or view this video tutorial.

Find the event you would like to participate in (you may have a link directly to your event from your Event Organizer), click the button that says Apply for Booth.

| If you already have a BoothCentral account, you'll be asked to log in. After logging in, skip to step 4.

Choose the Join as Booth Host or Vendor Link.

Enter your name, business name, and email address. Then create a password.

Register

Fill out the application and choose your event space.
Click Save and Continue at the bottom of the screen.

If there is a cost associated to the booth space you selected, you will be prompted to enter payment information. If the event offers $0.00 booths, you will not be prompted to enter payment details, as no payment is due. Click on the Save or Submit Payment and Application at the bottom of the page.
