How Do I Find My Event Organizer's Contact Information?

Accepted Answer

Each event on BoothCentral is independently managed by its organizer. If you have questions about your application, booth setup, payments, refunds, or cancellations, you'll need to contact the event organizer directly.

Where to Find Organizer Contact Details

If you have not applied yet for an event:

Log into your BoothCentral vendor account.
Click on the Upcoming Events tab to see your events

Click More Details of the event you wish to contact the organizer for to view their contact information.

After clicking More Details, the event information page will appear. From here, you can view the event organizer’s contact information. || If you're using a mobile device, simply scroll down to find the organizer’s contact information.
Reach out to them via email or phone them for a quicker response.

If you have already submitted the application or have been approved:

Log into your BoothCentral vendor account.
Click on the My Applications tab to see your event

Creating Your First BoothCentral Event

Create an Event Organizer Account

If you haven't done so, create an Event Organizer account on BoothCentral at https://my.boothcentral.com/v/create-account/promoter. Before you can create an event, a pop-up box will appear mentioning that we need to verify you are a legitimate event organizer. This is to prevent scammers from conducting fraudulent activities. To be approved, simply speak with us via text chat by clicking on the Message Us button and answer a few questions or send us a email to support@boothcentral.com

Create Your Event

Once your Event Organizer account is created, log in and click the Create an Event button. There are many sections which you can move between using the left navigation bar (after you've named your event). Your changes will automatically be saved.

1. Event Listing

In this section you will fill out general information about your event. This is going to be helpful for your event so new and old vendors can find your event using keywords and information you use. Also this is going to help to have a better idea of your contact information, event's location, general description, dates, and more. There are three sub-sections:

How Do I Accept Non-Credit Card Payments in BoothCentral?

Accepted Answer

BoothCentral defaults to allowing credit card payments. In addition to credit cards, we also allow you to accept payments through Check, Cash, PayPal, and ACH.

EVENT CREATION

You'll need to set up your event to accept additional payment methods. For more information on creating your event, click here. When you get to the Vendor Payments section, select the text boxes corresponding with the payment methods you would like to allow. In the text box, enter your instructions for how to use that payment method. Then, finish completing your application.

| Our platform does not integrate directly with any of these options, so anyone paying with this method will need to do so outside of BoothCentral.

BOOTH HOST APPLICATION

When the Booth Host applies for your event, they will see the following in the application (if you've selected to allow these payment options).

LOG PAYMENT

When the Booth Host pays outside of BoothCentral, you will need to follow these steps to log the payment.

Approve their application.
Verify that the payment was made (Check, Cash, PayPal, or ACH).
Scroll to the Payments section of the booth host's application and select the green Enter Payment button.

Can I Edit My Event After I Publish It?

After you publish your event, you are able to make many changes.

From your Event Organizer Dashboard, click the title of your event.

From the left navigation bar, select what you would like to edit.

|| Unlike when you originally created your event, you will need to click SAVE as you make edits to your event!

How Do I Move a Booth Host to a New Booth Location?

To move a booth host to a new booth location, you must first have set up your booth host application correctly. Click here for more information.

If the booth you'd like to move a Booth Host into is available, follow these steps:

From your Event Organizer Dashboard, click the title of your event.

In the left navigation bar, click Applications then the View button.

Click on the Pending Approval or Approved tab, and select Review for the booth host you'd like to move.

Scroll down to the Spaces & Add-Ons section and click the orange Change Spaces & Add-Ons button.

In the Assigned column, change the quantity of the Booth Host's current space to 0.
In the Assigned column, change the quantity of the Booth Host's new space to 1.
Click the Save button.
