How Does the Waitlist Work?

As you approve your applications, there may be some pending applications that you are not able to immediately approve or deny. The Waitlist is a great option to let the applicant know that you are interested in their work, but not able to approve them yet.

Please be aware of the following as you use the Waitlist:

Applicants are notified. Once you Waitlist the applicant, they will receive an email notification. You may add a personal message if you would like to.

Applicants are not changed until approval. The applicant is not charged until you approve them.

Best Practice. If the applicant has been on your Waitlist for a long time, the best practice is to contact them before you approve them. You can confirm that they are still interested in the event so they aren't surprised when the approval notification and charge arrives.
