What Are the Costs of Using BoothCentral?
BoothCentral keeps things transparent and affordable for vendors and organizers alike.
FOR VENDORS
Free to Create an Account
- Creating a vendor account and browsing events is completely free. There are no monthly or subscription fees to use the platform as a vendor.
Booth Fee
If your application is accepted, you will need to pay a booth fee to confirm your participation. Booth fees are determined by the event organizer and may vary based on:
- Booth size
- Placements
- Additional options or Add-On's (e.g., Electricity, Tables and Chairs, and Premium Location)
Application Fees
Some events may charge an application fee when you apply for a booth.
- This fee is set by the event organizer.
- It is often non-refundable, but in some cases, it may be refunded if your application is declined or if you cancel—depending on the organizer’s refund policy.
Service Fee
Event Organizers may apply a service fee on top of the Booth Fee and Application Fee, if they choose to.
- This is typically a small percentage or a flat fee (e.g., 3% or $25 per transaction)
- Service fees may be non-refundable, depending on the organizer's refund policy
Refund Policy Reminder
Refunds for application and booth fees are managed by the event organizer, not BoothCentral. Always review the event’s refund policy before applying or paying. If in doubt, contact the organizer directly through the event page
FOR EVENT ORGANIZERS
If you're organizing an event, BoothCentral charges a flat fee of $5 for each approved vendor or for any vendor application where a payment is collected.
If payments are processed through BoothCentral, a credit card processing fee, also known within BoothCentral as Stripe fees, will apply: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
