How to Delete Your Account?

If you're a vendor and no longer wish to use BoothCentral, you may request to have your account deleted—but full deletion is only possible in specific cases. Here’s how it works:


To request account deletion, please contact our Support Team. You can either chat with us via our Live Chat or email us at support@boothcentral.com.



Can My Account be Completely Deleted?


We can only delete your account completely if:


  • You do not have any active or past event applications on file
  • You have never participated in any event on BoothCentral.


If you’ve submitted an application for an upcoming event, participated in past events, or sent in applications previously, your account must remain in our system for record-keeping purposes. In this case, full deletion is not possible, but you can take the following steps to limit your presence on the platform:


  1. Anonymize your personal information (e.g., name, email, profile image)
  2. Remove any saved payment information from your account
  3. Log out and discontinue use


This ensures that your data is no longer personally identifiable to you while preserving necessary historical records.


If you no longer wish to receive emails from BoothCentral, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any BoothCentral email.
