How Do I Find My Event Organizer's Contact Information?
Each event on BoothCentral is independently managed by its organizer. If you have questions about your application, booth setup, payments, refunds, or cancellations, you'll need to contact the event organizer directly.
Where to Find Organizer Contact Details
If you have not applied yet for an event:
- Log into your BoothCentral vendor account.
- Click on the Upcoming Events tab to see your events
- Click More Details of the event you wish to contact the organizer for to view their contact information.
- After clicking More Details, the event information page will appear. From here, you can view the event organizer’s contact information.
- Reach out to them via email or phone them for a quicker response.
If you have already submitted the application or have been approved:
- Log into your BoothCentral vendor account.
- Click on the My Applications tab to see your event
- Click View Application button of the event you wish to contact the organizer for to view their contact information.
- After clicking View Application, scroll down and locate the Organizer Details.
- Reach out to them via email or phone them for a quicker response.
