# Why Am I Not Getting Any Email Notifications?

If you're not receiving emails from BoothCentral, try the following steps:

Make sure your account email is **verified**. **Unverified emails** will **not** receive system notifications.

### > Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Sometimes emails may be **filtered out by mistake.**
