Others Can't Hear Me

First, make sure you are not muted.

If guests still can't hear you...

Inside of a video chat window, click on the corg symbol in the bottom left of the Video Chat window.
This is going to show you a box with the Audio & Video settings, you may see 2 different options for your microphone setting - an Internal and a Default.
Choose the Default version of your microphone.

If the green bars move/light up while you are speaking and others still cannot hear you, it is most likely an issue with the other participant(s). Please have them check this article.
