# How to Invite Others to Jury

## How to Invite Others to Jury

As an Event Organizer, you can invite others to jury your applications without giving them your BoothCentral login credentials. 

1.  From your **Event Organizer Dashboard**, click on the title of the event.

2. In the left navigation bar, click **Applications** then the **Jury / Review** button.

3. In the Jury and Review section, click on **Invite Others To Jury** button.

4. Enter the name and email address of the person you would like to send the invitation to. You will also need to select a unique tagging color from the dropdown menu.

5.  The invited juror will receive an email as shown below.

6. When the invited juror clicks on the link in the email, they will be taken directly to the Jury page (and will NOT need to log in). Here is what they will see...

* Your jurors are now ready to click the Jury All button and start jurying your applicants.  You'll want to communicate your preferred method of jurying (specific tags, leave comments, etc) to your jurors.

|| Note: Invited jurors will not see tags or comments from other jurors. They will not be allowed to independently Approve, Deny, or Waitlist any applications.
