# How Do I Move a Vendor to a New Booth Location?

To move a booth host to a new booth location, you must first have set up your booth host application correctly.

### If the booth you'd like to move a Booth Host into is available, follow these steps:

1. From your Event Organizer Dashboard, click the title of your event.

2. In the left navigation bar, click **Applications** then the **View** button.

3. Click on the **Pending Approval** or **Approved** tab, and select **Review** for the booth host you'd like to move.

4. Scroll down to the **Spaces & Add-Ons** section and click the orange **Change Spaces & Add-Ons** button.

5. IIn the **Assigned** column, remove the vendor’s current space by deleting the quantity value
6. Then, in the same **Assigned** column, enter **1** under the vendor’s new space to add it to their application.
7. Click the **Commit **button.

### If the booth you'd like to move a Booth Host into is not available (it is currently assigned to a Booth Host), follow these similar steps:

###### Step 1: Move the Booth Host who is currently in the booth space you need
1. From your Event Organizer Dashboard, click the **Manage Applications** button on your event.  
2. Click on the **Pending Approval** or **Approved** tab, and select **Review** for the Booth Host in the location you need to free up.
3. Scroll down to the **Spaces & Add-Ons** section and click the orange **Change Spaces & Add-Ons** button.
4. In the **Assigned** column, change the quantity of the Booth Host's current booth to 0.
5. In the **Assigned** column, change the quantity of an open space to 1.
6. Click the **Save** button.

###### Step 2: Assign the space you freed up to the new Booth Host
1. Select **Review** for the Booth Host you need to move.
2. Scroll down to the **Spaces & Add-Ons** section.
3. Click on the orange **Change Spaces & Add-Ons** button.
4. Change the quantity of the Booth Host's current space to 0.
5. Change the quantity of recently opened booth to 1.
6. Click the **Save button**.
