How Do I Get into My Virtual Booth on Event Day?

If your tile says 'Not Active', this means you'll need to log into BoothCentral and start your vendor chat. Please follow these instructions.

Log in to BoothCentral.com with your vendor credentials.

NOTE: You may already be logged in! Look at the top-right of any BoothCentral page, if you see your name, you are already logged in. If you don't see your name, click "Login".

Login Page

Navigate to ‘My Events’ and Click the ‘View Event’ link for the appropriate event.

My Events

This will bring you to the Event Details page. Click the ‘Vendors – Enter Now’ button at the top of the page to enter the event.

Scroll down past the Event Live Stream to view the Virtual Vendor Booths and locate yours.

Enter your booth by clicking the ‘Start Video Chat’ link. This will change your status to ‘Active’.
