How Do I Disable the Counter on My Virtual Event?

One of the features that you may want to change on your Virtual Event page is the counter located above the Event Video. This counter tells you how many people are currently on your event page.



From your Event Organizer Dashboard, click the title of your event.

In the left navigation bar, click “Live Event Page” then “Advanced Options”.

Scroll down until you see “Show event attendee count”. By default, this will be checked. If you would like to disable it, uncheck the check box.

Click on the "Save" button after you have unchecked the check box. It is going to look like this:
