Can't Hear Anyone

First, make sure the other person is not muted.

Then, follow these steps...

Inside of a video chat window, click on the corg symbol in the bottom left of the Video Chat window.
You are going to see a box with the Audio & Video settings.
Click the text link Play test sound.

If a browser can't play the test sound, it's overloaded. You can first try quitting and reopening Chrome. However, your browser probably needs a clean start. Restarting your computer might be fastest solution.

If the browser can play the test sound and you still can't hear others, the other participant may need to fix their microphone. Have them check this article.
