Can't Hear Anyone

If you are not able to hear anyone in one of the video chat, please follow these steps.

First, play the test sound:   

Inside of a video chat window, click More in the bottom right of the Video Chat window (triple dots)
Click Cam/mic settings
Click the text link Play Test Sound. Do you not hear a test sound? Reboot!

If a browser can't play the test sound, it's overloaded. You can first try quitting and reopening Chrome. However, your browser probably needs a clean start. Restarting your computer might be fastest solution.

If the browser can play the test sound and you still can't hear others, the other participant may need to fix their microphone. Have them check this article.
