Bandwidth and General Quality Issues (Audio or Video Cutting In and Out)

If the audio and/or video is cutting in and out or stuttering, it is most likely caused by either limited bandwidth or your computer is overworked. Try these quick fixes:

If you're watching a live stream event and conducting video chat at the same time, pause the live stream while in the video chat.

If you are in a video chat and the quality is poor, reduce your video quality or turn off your video completely in the chat window.

If you are a booth host and really want to be in your booth and watch the live stream at the same time, lower the quality of the live stream so that it doesn't hog the bandwidth and processing power of your device. To do that, hover over the live stream, find the gear or sprocket icon, and select the lowest setting:
